Your implementation partner wants you to be successful.  Of course they do.  I’ve worked with hundreds of businesses over the years, and I’ve never come across one that was ‘only in it for the money.’  But your implementation partner faces a different set of challenges than you. They are not “ERP Genies” who can make problems vanish.

Establishing an open, honest relationship with your implementation partner will pay dividends. By understanding their challenges, and sharing yours, you can work through the issues that will inevitably arise.
