Okay, sorry – I said that just to get you to open this accordion.  Methodologies are necessary.  What I meant is, methodologies don’t ‘do the work’. In addition to people, the real work is done through underlying processes (such as gap analysis or user-acceptance testing), tools, and an organization that supports the effort.  

You should explore these underlying processes and tools with your implementation partner, ensuring that your ‘A-Team’ has what it needs to be successful.
